Mobile data not working

Had my old number transferred over via PAC code 12am on Wednesday since then I cannot connect to the Internet using my mobile data. Was able to connect before the completed transfer. Only had phone 8 days. Any ideas?

Hi jellybell86,

 

I think you would be best to call customer services about this (789 free from your mobile).

They will be able to look at your account and check that your mobile data is active since your number port.
