Mobile data being used while out the country?

I'm abroad and had 2 texts in 3 days saying my mobile data use has gone from 75% to 95%. How is this possible if I have to purchase data bundles for use abroad?

Hi Mbs1973,

 

there have been a number of posts from other people like yourself with the same problem.

It seems there is a fault somewhere within Virgin's system.

Once back in the UK call customer services free on 789 and they will be able to reimburse your mobile data.
