Mobile contract

I've ordered a new phone with your selves and recieved an email saying you would be in contact writhing 24 hours . Well it's been a lot longer than that and would like to know what's happening as I have been with you for years and didn't expect this kind of service at all

Hi, perhaps yesterday being New Years Day you might expect a delay.

Hi, you could try calling then on 789 from a Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm so sorry to hear there has been a delay in getting back to you. I appreciate this is frustrating and annoying because you just want to get your hands on the handset.

 

What is the latest with this?

Have we now been in contact?

Have you been back in touch with us?

 

As AlexKid mentioned, if you still haven't heard anything then use the numbers to call us so we can see what is causing the delay.
