I had a complaint with a fault on my mobile which Virgin refused to fix the fault it went in for.
After not any resolution from them (an awful experience) the cost of repair was more than the remaining contract so I said I'd cancel my contract and let it be paid off.
They've continue to send me bills after this and after logging in to my account it appears they've renewed a contract without consent. It was supposed to be closed as soon as the last payment was made.
The online chat was unhelpful and just gave me a number to call. I also tried to email them via the old complaint email trail I had from before.
I refuse to spend money calling them and want an email / contact that I can log.
Re: Mobile contract cancelled but still getting bills
the problem here may be that it is not possible to give more than 30 days notice of cancellation.
Once your contract period came to an end your SIM would automatically turn into a 30 day rolling one unless you called again and spoke to a member of the Team within the last 30 days of your contractual period and reiterated your intent to cancel.
There is no email address, you will have to call: 0345 6000 789.
