Mobile call to another Virgin mobile marked as 'Call to another network'. Why?

I frequently call another Virgin mobile number and, while I don't seem to be getting charged for these calls (I expect Virgin-to-Virgin-Mobile to be free in my monthly plan), the item on my bill shows 'Call (or text) to another network' which seems wrong.
Should I both following up with Virgin about this?

You're right, you should see Call to a Virgin Mobile or Text to Virgin Mobile show up. You can check if you have free V2V calls by logging into your online account here and by clicking on the drop down on Airtime Allowance:-
I know this sounds like a silly question but is the person definitely a Virgin Mobile customer? I'm only checking as they may have changed provider recently.
