Mobile Webchat

Hi..........is the online chat for mobile phone account help, no longer in use? Says open from 8am-8pm, but whenever I have tried on different days at all different times, I either get all agents are busy, or are currently unavailable and to try again during opening times. This is happening all the time. Thanks.

unfortunately that's normal Smiley Sad

You need to just stay with it and keep refreshing the page every three minutes or so.

You are best giving them a call if you can:

789 (free) from a Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone (Standard Rate call or included in any minutes).
