Mobile Web Data Question.

Can someone tell me the order of which the mobile Web data is used?

Re: Mobile Web Data Question.

I thought it would be the way you listed it as:
A. Data Rollover
B. Promotional Mobile Web
C. Inclusive Mobile Web

I'm only 2 hours into my new 4g Tarrif, and have: 1gig Data rollover, 1gig Promotional and 1gig Inclusive, and my Promotional web has started being used/going down before the Data rollover.

Re: Mobile Web Data Question.

@teabag

For me B is being used before A too.

I agree, surely it makes sense for the data rollover to deduct first before promotional or inclusive.

Can this be confirmed by Virgin as to what is the correct procedure regarding this please?

Re: Mobile Web Data Question.

I'd agree that ABC seems logical. However, looking from a different perspective - A and C are part of the normal service whereas B is an add on bonus, so it's probably easier to implement having B first and typically you'd expect a bonus to be used first.

In practice, though, it makes no difference. The only important thing is that C is used last (since that's the one that can roll over).

Re: Mobile Web Data Question.

Before today, I was on the 3g sim-only for £8 with 1gig + 1gig promotional data.

Today was the start of a £9 4g sim-only with the double data to make it 2gig again.
