Mobile Tariff

Paying £12 month but only getting 1Gig of data when the website says I should be getting 2. Have received a few messages from Virgin saying I will be getting a call to discuss best tariff for me but nothing so far. Why hasn't my tariff been increased up to the 2Gig of data automatically? Anybody else had similar experience?
