Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini
TV Anytime worked OK until today when I was told an update was available, phone is set not to auto update, after several tries and re-starts I got an unable to install message.
I removed it and went to the app store to try again, it still wouldn't install so now I can't use it at all.

I'm really sorry that you're having some issues with TV anywhere. I want to get this all sorted for you.
Can you let me know what happens when you try and re-download the app? What error message do you get?

The download seems to be OK, I'm then told it's installing, I then get a box saying
Can't install app
Virgin TV anywhere can't be installed . Try again and if the problem continues, get help troubleshooting (link). (error code - 103)
The link makes several suggestions non of which work.
I have managed to find on the web the version I uninstalled to try and cure the problem and this is now working as before but if I try and update it I still get the above error.
Hopefully the next update will cure the problem, at least I can now use the app until then.
