Go on to the EE website it's there system and see if there are issues in your area first.

EE reported an ongoing problem that they claim fixed this morning
Still not fixed, that's nearly a week now. Says there's a problem with mast near Africa Alive!! So if they know what the problem is why is it taking so long to fix?
