My signal has dropped over the past few days, yet the service checker says "We’re not aware of any network issues in the area you’ve searched. If there are problems, we’ll update this page as quickly as possible." Currently I'm flicking between no service and 1 bar!!! It used to be full bars.
Thanks for getting back to me. Sorry again that the signal's been so bad lately. I'm glad to hear that it's improved now.
If you notice it dropping again, just send me a pm with the details I requested and I can check on our systems if there's any work that may be going on that's causing a problem.
I really wish I could give you new information about providing 4G service, but we haven't received any updates on this yet. As soon as we have any information on this, we'll make sure to post it here on the Forum.
