For existing customers, there is a new way to activate your SIM card at https://mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/login
For new customers, you'll need to create an account at https://mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/registration?execution=e4s1 first.
Once logged-in, you need to select the 'Plans and Devices' tab from the top of the page.
There will be a box with the 'Activate your SIM' which you'll need to click on.
Once the SIM card has been activated, this link will no longer be displayed on this page.
