Mobile Rescue has locked my phone, HELP

OK, so for no reason afaik, My phone has been locked. I've logged in to my Mobile Rescue page and All it says for my number is "Locked on 12 June 2015" and "Expried"

When I click on Unlock I get:

 

Unable to send command to device.

Please try later.

Device expired

 

How long will I be unable to use my phone for?

(Samsung Galaxy S4)

OK, so I managed to unlock it, although your software is pants.

 

I put in what I thought was my pin, it didn't work.

 

I stumble across the Security question by clicking the "report found" which is, not intuitive as the phone was never lost.

I answer my security question (This worked with no problems, well done).

It asks for a new pin, I enter it, it says I failed. I tried 3 more times, each time it says I failed.

I go back to "unlock" and type in the failed pin and hey-presto my phone unlocks.

 

Mobile Rescue is a Piece of Shed.

 

Also, my mobile rescue account still says my phone is expired.

 

Does that mean it's not insured?

 

I'm annoyed and going to bed.

I get ERROR: incorrect credentials entered. Given up now. The advice from Virgin is to give their insurance team a call on their 0845 number. Can't be **bleep**.
