My mobile phone won't connect to WiFi. The WiFi is working fine with other devices connected (including my wife's Virgin mobile), so it's a problem with the phone.
Have carried out all instructions given online, this hasn't fixed the problem.
Have logged a faults (job number 893317) and VM are nlow expecting the phone back.
However they haven't provided me with a mailing label or address, so I haven't got a clue where I am supposed to send this back to.
Being deaf, I can't call VM to ask for details. When I clicked on the text link to submit an enquiry via text it responded with "all our operators are busy".
So VM have screwed me in trying to get this broken phone restored.
Actually I may have just discovered the problem. My server isn't coughing up IP addresses so that service appears to be broken.
Server is currently rebooting.
Server now rebooted and DHCP has issued IP addresses. Problem fixed.
