Mobile Phone Order 3 emails received but there's a technical glitch

Hi

I placed an order tuedsy for a mobile phone i received 3 emails the last one i got said there had been a technical glitch and it would be processed within 24 hours not heard anything from anyone no email nothing can you advise whata happening

Hi Skillyowls,

the term "technical glitch" hardly covers it.

This has been going on far too long now (hardly a glitch). Look at the number of posts by other customers:

I can only suggest that you give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one

Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and see if they can advise you on the status of your order.
