Mobile Order - technical glitch

So ordered a phone and been sent an email saying I'll be contacted in 24 hrs just wondering how long I'll have to wait till I actually get a response back

so in order for the handset to be dispatched you need to sign for the agreement. This would be done via email.Did you complete this?

I didn't get sent anything apart from that they couldn't complete it due to a technical glitch on Virgins side and that they'd contact me in 24hrs which they haven't

if no emails were sent then for me personally would either the order never completed ( because you have had the emails )

or

the order simply failed

I would speak to Virgin on 0345 6000 789 to either if the order simply failed and didn't complete or if there was another reason why it didn't go through
