Unfortunately last time this happened the issue appeared to go on for weeks. Virgin Mobile were keen to respond when claiming it was an issue with my device but once it was proven as a network issue the communication disappeared quicker than my signal.
I don't know if I'm affected again at the moment because I cannot get any kind of signal at home and haven't for the past two weeks. Once again replies to my complaints on the forum are non existent.
went down for me for an hour yesterday an it came back.an yes i use it for work also
what i usually do is switch the data off n switch of phone an restart wait a few mins then switch the data back on again. if it dose not work straight away wait a few minutes, i waited for an hour it then came back on again. should give the team a phone,
