I am aware that when you posted there was a national data outage for a few hours on that day. We did update a post from one of our moderators Huw on the day that you can find here: Mobile Data
I hope everything is now up and running again for you, but if not, then please try rebooting the phone as this was what fixed the issue for some of our guys when this issue was live.
If there is still an ongoing issue with this then it would be great if you could get in touch with our technical teams regarding this on 789 or 0345 6000 789, on option 5, to let them know about it so our Technical Support guys can support you further.
