Mobile Data Passes still come out of my data allowance?

I pay monthly for 2Gb of mobile data included in my tarriff. When abroad, I pay £5 for 250Mb of data. Examining my bill, it looks like this 250Mb has been deducted from my 2Gb allowance - so effectively I am paying for it twice.

Is this correct? It doesn't really seem fair, surely?

Re: Mobile Data Passes still come out of my data allowance?

NO it's not correct, a bug on the system which seems to have come into effect around the time EE started giving some of their tarrifs roaming on their allowances.

A phone call in when your back should get your allowance topped up and any extra charges refunded if your data allowance went under, there have been quite a few posts about this - so should be well known about when you phone in.
