Mobile Coverage (NP10)

Hey all,

First time posting so sorry if this has been covered at length before.

I have just switched to VM and despite having fantastic coverage based on their checker, I have No Signal in my house. This has never been an issue on any other network (used to full bars & 4G).

Is indoor VM coverage as awful as my first impressions are leading me to believe? Or is this a one off?

Perhaps a VM efficionado could give their 2p - think I will be switching back to giffgaff if this continues! Popping outside to get messages is massively frustrating.

Hi Ptorak,

 

entering your postcode into the EE Network Status Checker (Virgin Mobile works on their network) shows that there has been a problem in your area which has been "Recently Fixed".

Try rebooting your phone and see if things are better for you.

Odd, as no issue was showing before I wrote my OP...! I raised a ticket, so perhaps that's it.

Rebooted, and no joy. Will give it 48 hrs then see what happens.

I live in the same area.  The signal is poor to non-existent.  Has been since I moved here.  I've been here for over 4 years.
