Mobile Account

Mat_H - any idea when the account problem will be sorted, I can't see details if my wife's phone on my account since the new upgrade, I use that term loosely.  I want to make sure she can use the phone overseas.

Ring 789 from your wife's phone, follow the automated prompts to check if roaming is enabled, no need to speak to anyone.

Regarding the online account, our team are hard at work to fix this as soon as possible.

 

Please give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and we can make sure that your roaming is enabled correctly.
