Mat_H - any idea when the account problem will be sorted, I can't see details if my wife's phone on my account since the new upgrade, I use that term loosely. I want to make sure she can use the phone overseas.
Ring 789 from your wife's phone, follow the automated prompts to check if roaming is enabled, no need to speak to anyone.
