Mobile Account

My wife's phone is on my account but now when I go into my account I can no longer see my wife's account.  It looks as though the system has changed and maybe I am missing something

I'm afraid in Virgin's rush to upgrade their systems they have broken this part of the accounts section. Who knows when  it will be fixed?

Same here, and of course when you phone to enquire there is a 30 minute wait, life's too short, Goodbye Virgin.
