Ordered another Mobil. We have 2 with Virgin already. Had email saying "glitch" their end and they would be in touch in 24 hours. Still heard nothing?
unfortunately waiting well past 24 hours with this "technical glitch" is not uncommon:
I can only suggest that you give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 and see if they can advise you on the status of your order.
