Missing order

Hi, I placed an order for a new phone and tablet on Tuesday, went through the account set up process and was told that delivery would be today. I haven't heard anything since Tuesday, no order confirmation or other delivery instructions, even my account with Virgin doesn't work when I log in. 

Can anyone help?

Sorry to hear your having issues with the delivery

Can I ask have you had any update for this?

Also if you ordered a new phone . Did you E-sign the loan agreement?
