Yesterday I ordered a iPhone 6s+ 64gb assuming I would get an email with all the info I closed the page. Currently I have no clue if the phone is even being shipped. The money has also been taken from my PayPal.
This is a problem that has been ongoing for over 5 months. I suggest you ring 789 from a Virgin phone or 0345 6000 789 from any other. A member of the team may pick up your post but that could take some time
