Micro Sim activation?

How do I go about activating my micro SIM in my new phone, from my current mobile? I've tried the online activator but it says I've already activated it. However, it still will not function and my old one does.

If your sim isn't working correctly, the quickest way to get this sorted is to give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789. It can take up to 24 hours for a sim to activate. If this has been longer, it's best to call. The team will be able to fix this for you.

There isn't any need to reactivate a SIM when moving it from one phone to another. As long as the new phone is is one that will work on Virgin Mobile and not locked to another network, then you should only need to put the SIM in.

It's from a Sony Xperia Z to an iPhone 5 so the SIM is a different size, therefore I had to order a new one!

Rang up earlier, turns out my grace period to activate it had ran out. They are sending me a new one, express delivery, free of charge. Really impressed! Props to Virgin!

I received my sim yesterday morning and its still not active, my phone just says no network
