Marketing Calls

Can anyone from Virgin Mobile tell me how to stop marketing calls? I block numbers but they come from a different one. Sometimes 2-3 times a day on mobile and landlines. I don't want a VM mobile! Please stop asking as it puts me off even more... 😐

Hi andysheff,

 

you need to give Virgin Media/Mobile customer services a call (free on 150 from a Virgin landline) 0345 6000 789 (standard rate call) from any other phone and ask to "opt out" of marketing.

Once done it may take up to six weeks for your preference to filter through all Virgin's systems but you should notice a decrease in unsolicited contact.
