Manage Services Tab

Going abroad and went on site to find out what i need to do prior to traveling and the advise is  "To do this, log in to ‘Your Account’ and select the ‘Manage Services’ tab. From there scroll down to the ‘Roaming’ section. Click the slider to the ‘On’ position, and you’re all set." trouble is i cant locate Manage Services Tab.

Hi Gunner510,

 

Log into your Virgin Mobile account then click on  the "Plan and device" tab (in the row near the top of the page).

Go to "Manage my services" (near the bottom of the page).

"Roaming" needs to be set to ON & "International call barring" needs to be set to OFF

 

If they are not already, make the change by moving the "switch" in your account.
(Click the other side of the rectangle box).

 

If you have to make a change to the settings, allow time for your account to update then reboot your phone.

 

Whilst still in the UK I would also give customer services a call on 789 just to be sure that everything is set up correctly.
