MY MOBILE PHONE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED

MY VIRGIN MOBILE PHONE ACCOUNT.

 

HAS BEEN SUSPENDED, AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHY?

 

I DON'T USE THE INTERNET ON IT, AND I HAVE A CONTRACT PHONE.

You will need to ring them. 0345 6000 789 from non Virgin phones  150 and choose the mobile option if you have a Virgin landline.

hiya @PUMPSBOY2017 welcome to the virginmedia community forum, you would really need to have a chat with virgin mobile customer services you can call them via 789 from virgin mobile, 0345 6000 789 or could use http://www.virginmedia.com/contact-us.html choose mobile (using PC/laptop)
