MY ACCOUNT APP

I am new to Virgin and received a text this morning asking me to download the above app. When trying to register, it first didn't recognise my password, which I have now changed, but now will not recognise either my account number or phone number. I can access my account online, but not on the phone via the app. I have spoken twice at length to two very polite Virgin staff this morning, but they don't really have any answers that work. Any suggestions will be most welcomed. Thanks JR

I'm sorry to learn about this issue, can I ask if you've un-installed and reinstalled the application at all? Did you download from the app store or from a browser / external source?

 

Also, what handset do you have and is the operating system fully up to date? Sorry for all the questions! I want to help to get to the bottom of this issue right away.
