MOBILE SERVICE

HAVING JOINED VIRGIN MOBILE TO GET IN CONTACT BEWEEN HUBBY AND WIFE - WE HAVE FOUND  WE HAVE SUCH A POOR SIGNAL IN OUR HOUSE THAT IT HAS MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE USELESS - WE HAVE SIGNAL JUST UP THE ROAD A BIT - WE HAVE SIGNAL JUST DOWN THE ROAD A BIT - UP THE FAR END OF THE BACK GARDEN - BUT ACTUALLY IN THE HOUSE - WE SOMETIMES GET A BAR - BUT MAINLY ITS THE CROSSED THROUGH CIRCLE... WE HAVE RUNG THROUGH TO THE HELP DESK - AND WHEN YOU CAN ACTUALLY GET THROUGH WITHOUT SITTING ON HOLD FOR OVER 20 MINS - THEY SAY TURN ON FLIGHTMODE TURN IT OFF AND THAT WILL WORK - ERM NO IT DOESNT - - HAVE NOW JUST GOT TO PUT UP WITH A SHODDY SERVICE UNTIL MY CONTRACT RUNS OUT AND THEN MOVE TO ANOTHER PROVIDER WHO IS PREPARED TO HELP US WITH OUR QUANDRIE...

Sorry to hear about your issues with bad mobile signal.

 

Not sure if anyone has provided this to you before but you can check the signal strength in your area here.

 

If this seems ok you could try a manual network selection. A manual network search is switching between our network providers T-Mobile (Virgin with a capital V) and Orange (virgin with a lower case v)
