MOBILE BROADBAND

Hello I put my mobile dongle in and I got a flashing light and no (U)SIM how do I fix this.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the dongle. It sounds like we may need to send a new sim to fix this. Please give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 and we'll get on the case.

Hello Mat, I took the sim out and replaced it and it works, I don't know why it does this but I get this often, I only use mobile when I'm on respite care, and on my last visit I had no access for the whole fortnight I was in the care home, at home I have Virgin Media Broadband highest tariff it's brilliant, as is everything else it's just this get's frustrating. Thank you for your kindness and replying.
