MMS text

Hi guys,

I have had a video or photo sent to me by my wife, and it is unable to be delivered.  Virgin (or EE) has sent me to the website where I can retrieve it, and the password, but when I enter it, it comes up with:

The error messageThe error message

How can I get a new password sent, or get in to see what has been sent??

Re: MMS text

Hi Damo,

I'm assuming that you've used your mobile number correctly using 44 at the start rather than 0

Does the password have a full stop at the end?

If so try with and without the "full stop".

No use to you now, but for the future consider using WhatsApp for sharing photos and videos between friends and family.
It's much easier and cheaper (free if you have WIFI).

Hey Alex,

Thank you for a quick reply and I hope that you are well?? Here are the answers to your questions:

Am I entering the number correctly, by using 44 instead of 0??  Yes
Does the password have a full stop at the end?? No

I hope that has given you some clue on to how to sort the problem out??

Re: MMS text

Hi Damo,

yes I'm well, thank you Smiley Happy

Sorry, I was hoping your problem might be from not entering the password exactly.

The other thing I would try then is using "0" rather than 44 when you enter your number.
(It wouldn't be the first time Virgin have given misleading information).

Hey Alex,

Have you been up to anything nice today??  I've been just prepping myself for an interview tomorrow for the post of a Security Officer at Roehampton!! Smiley Happy

I've tried it with the '0', as well as '4407...', and neither of them are working!!  I think that I'll try calling the helpline (probaly will have to wait for ages as it's a Sunday!!!).
