Lost signal

Where  has our signal gone?

Until a week ago we had a very strong signal, now it has gone.

It has re-appeared for short intervals a few times but this service is unuseable.

A network search shows only O2 available now (EE down map is useless - shows no loss of service)

Are you going to fix it, or do I need to move to O2?

John

Re: Lost signal

Re: Lost signal

Which states

"We’re not aware of any network issues in the area you’ve searched. If there are problems, we’ll update this page as quickly as possible"

As it has done all week.

To actually report a fault to EE, you need to have an EE mobile no.

So, I cannot report a fault and do not know if anyone is going to fix it.
