I was on the phone for 45 minutes today but could not resolve my issue. I recently upgraded my phone. I have tried to use the free WiFi on the London Underground but without success. Previously I have had no issues. I followed these instructions:
I entered my Virgin broadband email and password but got the following message boxed in yellow: "Please ensure your email address is correctly formatted before continuing"
I have entered the address many times and it is definitely correct. It's an old Blueyonder email.
Can you please make contact to resolve this issue?
Thanks for dropping in, apologies for the London Underground WiFi problems, I'm not aware of any wider fault affecting the service currently.
Are you able to sign into My VM or your blueyonder email okay?

I have exactly the same issue on a Samsung galaxy although not on an iphone 6!
