Logging in

This is to thank Mat H for trying help me in finding away to up grade my phone. After all evening trying to get logged in and three hours this afternoon I finely got here, I had to us my email on Opera that has the same info as I use here by copying my password then pasty it on changing password page. I even tried to make a new account using my normal info and that did not work as I already had the same account info, crazy I just about finished with Virgin after being a customer of TeleWest. And I still can't up grade my phone.

I'm really sorry that you're still having issues with upgrading. I would suggest calling us on 789 or 0345 6000 789 so we can ensure that your phone is upgraded as soon as possible.
