Locked PMobile Phone

I understand that Mobile Rescue is no longer but they have just locked my phone. I can not remember my pin to unlock it and can find no where to change it. I now have a phone that I need but can not use. Can any body help please?

Thanks AlexKid, the number you gave is not manned on bank holiday so will try that tomorrow. I managed to get the phone working for 30sec, enough time to go to my apps and uninstall Mobile rescue all`s well I thought but now I can receive but not send a text  or receive or dial out a call?

Hi nev101,

 

as you say, the Virgin mobile rescue app was discontinued last year and should have been uninstalled from your phone: http://www.newasurion.com/virgin

It does advise to call on 0345 030 3291 if your phone becomes locked to get it sorted Smiley Happy

Hi Mike it`s me again I have just found another problem My Data allowance is 500MB Used 107.67MB remaining 329.3MB but the phone (Sony Xperia Z2) will only connect via Wi Fi telling me to turn off Mobile Data?

Thanks for coming in, I was wondering if you have already called in about this?

 

I would like to offer help and have you setup the phone with Google, as you should be able to put account details and reset from there. With the data allowance not being reached, do you ahve set limits in the phone set to a specific amount?
