I have two Virgin mobile accounts,(a Pay monthly contract which I use and a SIM only pay monthly that I let my son use). My problem is that everytime I try to ring the SIM only number from my mobile, I get a line busy ringtone and notification and can't get through to speak to my son. Texts go through and I can ring him from our landline. This has started happening in the last month. Can anyone shed any light as to what has happened and how to rectify it please.
