Line Busy alert

Hi,

I have two Virgin mobile accounts,(a Pay monthly contract which I use and a SIM only pay monthly that I let my son use). My problem is that everytime I try to ring the SIM only number from my mobile, I get a line busy ringtone and notification and can't get through to speak to my son. Texts go through and I can ring him from our landline. This has started happening in the last month. Can anyone shed any light as to what has happened and how to rectify it please.

I'm really sorry that you're having some difficulty calling your son. I want to get to the bottom of this for you.

 

Are you able to both remove each other as contacts and delete all call and text history to see if this works? There may be a potential block somewhere.
