I have spoken to a VM representative on the phone and via web chat but I would like to email my official statement that I no longer want VM to be my supplier. Is there an email address to do this? I will need a returns note to send back my equipment. Do I have to request this? Also, I believe I have cancelled within the cooling off period (service connected 13/5 and subscription terminated 19/5) but the VM staff member I spoke to disagreed with this. Is there a specific way of dealing with disputes like this?
