Leaving Virgin Media.

I'm thinking of changing my broadband provider which is Virgin, but I have a mobile phone contract with them that has another 3 months to run. Will this incur penalty's on this phone contract?

Andy.

Hi Andy,

your Virgin Media and Mobile accounts are separate.

Re: Leaving Virgin Media.

Hi Andy,

no, that's not the case.

Anyone can apply for a Virgin Mobile contract.

Re: Leaving Virgin Media.

Thanks for that quick response.

But I thought I could only have a virgin mobile phone contract because I already used virgin products. Is this not the case?

Re: Leaving Virgin Media.

Anyone can have a Virgin mobile contract but if you have other Virgin products such as Broadband, TV or Landline then your mobile will be a bit cheaper than if you haven't so I assume they'll put your tariff up a couple of quid. Also I assume that you should still get free Virgin to Virgin mobile calls.
