Last post ignored by Virgin maybe this wont.

Can anyone tell me if you have a cooling off period when signing up to tv and broadband?. The reason I have posted here is due to poor service I have received from virgin mobile despite handing over £1000 in the last year for tv, broadband and mobile. !

Re: Last post ignored by Virgin maybe this wont.

Yes - but not helpful to post in the Mobile part of the Forum when your query relates to tv and bb services.

You could have found the answer on the VM main page.

Extract from general terms and conditions

"Money back guarantee: Available to new customers and existing customers taking a new service. Call us within 28 days of activation for a refund of your first month’s rental charges and any installation charge. You will only be charged for transactions (calls, purchases, service upgrades) occurring after activation. Statutory rights are not affected."

And you can always cancel before installation too.

Happy now?

I do not work for VM. The advice I give is based on my best understanding of VM policy and practice. You rely on it at your own risk.
