Lanzarote

I have arrived in Lanzarote today at 11am, my phone will not connect, neither will my sons, i noted a previous post on this very same subject in May last year, please tell me there is a solution, i require my phone for business whilst here.

Hi IanMcFarlane,

check your mobile account > "Plan and device" > "Manage your services"

Check that "Roaming" is ON and "International call barring" is OFF.

Have you tried manually selecting a network?

AlexKid thanks for coming back to me I do not have the details of my mobile account handy, never had to use it to be honest, i can't remember login details. I tried manual selection on both handsets, nothing

if you can borrow the use of another phone you could call the team to check that the settings are correct in your accounts.
