I've been trying all day to call customer service regarding my phone literally all day. The automated voice says and I quote 'your call will be answered in 1 minute' half hour later still no answer! Is this why customers are still with you because they can't ever get through? Beyond disappointed I just wanted to inform you of a customers recent passing. I'll leave it to others being given your customer service is beyond shocking
