Keep my number when transferring to Virgin

Hi, I've just signed up to a Virgin sim only deal as my existing contract with EE is coming to an end. Please can you advise how I keep my old EE number, as there was no option that I saw during the online purchase process.

Re: Keep my number when transferring to Virgin

Hi Benji96m,

you just need to contact EE customer services and request a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code).

This code remains valid for 30 days.

Once you have your new Virgin Mobile SIM you can then contact Virgin Mobile customer services (free on 789 from it). Give them the PAC you obtained from EE and they'll transfer your "old" number to your new Virgin SIM Smiley Happy.
