I saw another post on the subject of a broken screen on the Kazam phone with the response confirming to call 789 for help. I phoned and was told a replacement screen would be around £65. The phone was less than £100 when I purchased this in May from Virgin. On the Kazam website in confirms that the first broken screen incident is covered free of charge. Not only does the screen break on these phones but within 6 hours all of the glass which totally covers the whole sealed phone splinters. The member of staff told me that as the phone was still working it was ok to use??
