Just switched to Virgin - no internet data?

Hello everyone, yesterday I switched to Virgin Mobile from Three and this morning my new Virgin SIM started working.

But I noticed that mobile data is not working, is that because I must set the APNs? or is it because of the problem everyone is having with the mobile data?

They have been having problems today, they did get it working but it's down again.

Or maybe it's just down to the problems Virgin are having this morning?

There isn't any Asus phone in the list Smiley Sad (I've got an Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5")

I think I'll wait and see what happens, in case I'll contact the customer service by phone, but thank you for your answer Smiley Happy

Found a old thread with the settings needed for manual input

But as you say, it might be worth waiting a while untill the data problems is sorted completely. Good luck :-)

Thank you Teabag, I haven't put the settings yet but now looks like the problem is solved as I'm getting HSPA service, I hope it will keep working!
