I just ordered a Pay as you Go sim and got to the initial confirmation page with the order number. Now that I've verified my email address and logged in, I can't access my account. It just says "oops something went wrong, please check back again later."
It's been a few hours and I'm not sure what the issue is.
I literally just ordered my Sim so it hasn't arrived yet but I still think I should be able to access my account....any help/suggestions?
