Three days ago I received an email:

A little reminder 
 
If you've got insurance for your phone, don't forget that your policy number is your mobile number. That way it's nice and easy to remember.

Sorry to hear about your item delivery issues.

 

Appreciate your frustrations with waiting in on Sunday and the SIM arriving late for you, my sincere apologies for this.
