Is it true the website is offline for another week?

I am having an issue with my Virigin Mobile phone. I tried to login to the website but it gives me the error message "Sorry, we are unable to log you in."

I spoke to someone on the phone and they said it was because they were making changes to my account and it should work again within a few hours. I tried to login 6 hours later but still got the same message.

I called a second time and another person told me account logins have been down since before Thanksgiving and they are not expected to be back before December 4. I just find it really hard to believe that the website would be down for so long.

Hi, I'm not having any trouble logging into my account (from home computer using Chrome browser).

As I type this I've just thought - try using a different internet browser, see if that makes a difference.
