Is it true the website is offline for another week?
I am having an issue with my Virigin Mobile phone. I tried to login to the website but it gives me the error message "Sorry, we are unable to log you in."
I spoke to someone on the phone and they said it was because they were making changes to my account and it should work again within a few hours. I tried to login 6 hours later but still got the same message.
I called a second time and another person told me account logins have been down since before Thanksgiving and they are not expected to be back before December 4. I just find it really hard to believe that the website would be down for so long.
