Iphone 6s Plus

Ordered a phone in October for my daughter and you sent me the contract sim saying you will send me the phone in three months to see if I keep up with payment which I totally understand.

Phoned in December you guys said the phone is coming soon now January and I'm still waiting for the phone I don't want to be paying for something which I don't have as I'm paying for the contract sim but with no phone? So I'm kindly asking if you could send out the phone ASAP as the phone was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter.

what reason did they say 3 months before they would send you the phone?? Was it because of payment history or because of a level on the account?
